Currently shipping across Canada and the Rest of The World!

For all International order inquiries, (ITEMS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOM FEES, IMPORT FEES AND/OR TAXES, THESE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED) Please message us through our contact form/Email ([email protected]) or DM on Instagram if you have any questions or concerns

Completed products will be mailed out within 1-3 business days of purchase. Products which need to be made (PRE-ORDER) will require 6-8 weeks of completion time.

The Neighbour's Garden sometimes uses recycled cardboard boxes to ship our products. (We try our best to hide/remove old labels.)

Tracking Numbers will also be provided.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Payment Methods 

Apple Pay

Credit Card: Payments are processed by Stripe and governed by its privacy policy. (FOR PRE-ORDER PURCHASES, CREDIT CARDS ARE DEBITED AT THE MOMENT THE ORDER IS PLACED.)

PayPal: Customers Selecting PayPal as a payment method will automatically be transfered to the PayPal site.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order and limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our sole discretion. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

Returns 

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL* Please be sure the product will fit and do not hesitate to reach out to us about any questions regarding product sizing. (We can be reached with the contact form on the site or from our instagram :B) Sizing will always be provided. 

Discount Codes

Only 1 (one) discount code can be used during a purchase. They cannot be combined.
